Founder and President

Colleen is an expert at navigating public policy to achieve an outcome that will benefit valuation, grow markets and achieve a competitive advantage.

Colleen led disruptive market strategy on behalf of ChargePoint, that enabled total addressable market and revenue growth and advanced global business development opportunities.

As Advisor to the Governor of Rhode Island, Colleen chaired a working group that designed the state’s first clean transportation and mobility strategy

For ALPHABET COMPANY’s Sidewalk Labs, Colleen created a regulatory roadmap to inform product strategy for autonomous vehicles.

Nancy Ryan

Partner

Dr. Nancy Ryan’s expertise combines high level government, corporate, and nonprofit experience crafting innovative public policies and regulations. She concentrates on strategic advice and economic analysis for utilities, OEMs, mobility companies, regulators, and investors throughout North America.

She focuses on successful outcomes that define the role of governments, utilities, and third-party vendors in the complex and dynamic arena of EV infrastructure deployment through market assessment,  cost benefit analysis, valuation of vehicle-grid integration, and tariff design for EV charging.

Nancy served as the lead commissioner formulating first-in-the-nation transportation electrification policies at the California Public Utilities Commission. She continued in the private sector  at Energy & Environmental Economics (E3), founding the consultancy’s transportation electrification practice.

Amelia Gilchrist

Project Manager


Amelia provides critical project support and organization for eMobility Advisors. A recent graduate of Brown University, she earned a master’s degree in Public Affairs and a B.S. in Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Justice.

Prior to joining eMobility Advisors, Amelia interned for Governor Gina Raimondo’s Mobility Innovation Working Group, developing experience in the clean transportation space. Amelia also served as a consultant to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy analyzing deficiencies in compliance of environmental protections in the Arctic and was an intern with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environmental Crimes Section.
